I'm a strategic and image consultant, therapist, speaker, conference & podcast host, author, & serial entrepreneur but "what's my why"?

Since 2021, I have been on a journey of life-changing metamorphosis and transformation. I have spent time divorcing people, places, and things that I'd previously allowed to hold me in bondage. Well, no longer!! I finally realized that I actually want to WALK in the liberty that I've been given in Christ. And I know I'm not alone.

I now see that my past and pain were necessary to position my purpose. Those events (and more) birthed a heartfelt desire and ministry to help others, especially black women, break free from the unaddressed and unhealed traumatic experiences that are keeping them bound. Whether it's the need for psychoeducation, godly counsel, therapy to address fear, insecurities, procrastination, feelings of rejection and abandonment, or a host of other feelings and situations, I can relate and help you address it.
